Program Name

OttoManagerPro Service Reminders — automated SMS notifications sent by auto repair shops using the OttoManagerPro platform.

What Messages You Will Receive

If you opt in, you may receive the following types of text messages from your auto repair shop via OttoManagerPro:

  • Service Reminders: Notifications when your vehicle is due or overdue for maintenance (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations, inspections).
  • Appointment Confirmations: Confirmation and reminder messages for scheduled service appointments.
  • Follow-Up Messages: Post-service follow-ups from your auto repair shop.

How You Opt In (Consent)

You will only receive SMS messages from OttoManagerPro if you have provided explicit consent through one of the following methods:

  • Written Intake Form: When visiting an auto repair shop that uses OttoManagerPro, you may be asked to complete a customer intake form. This form includes a clearly labeled SMS consent checkbox stating: "I agree to receive automated service reminder text messages from [Shop Name] via OttoManagerPro. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help." Your phone number is not entered into the system unless this consent box is checked.
  • Online Booking Widget: When booking an appointment through a shop's OttoManagerPro-powered online widget, the booking form includes an SMS consent disclosure. By submitting the form, you agree to receive appointment confirmations and service reminders.
  • Text-In Keyword: You may text START or YES to the shop's OttoManagerPro number to opt in to service reminders.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to SMS messaging to receive services from your auto repair shop.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your vehicle's service schedule and your auto repair shop's reminder settings. You may receive approximately 1–8 messages per month depending on upcoming services, appointments, and follow-ups.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You may also text any of the following keywords: STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPTOUT, or STOPALL. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further messages unless you re-subscribe.

Privacy & Data Sharing

No mobile information, including phone numbers collected through the SMS opt-in process, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties.

Supported Carriers

SMS messages are sent via major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed or undelivered due to carrier restrictions or device settings.
