OttoManagerPro includes an automated SMS messaging service that sends text messages to customers who have provided explicit consent. Messages include service reminders, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups.

• Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

We use Twilio as our SMS delivery provider. Twilio processes phone numbers and message content solely to deliver messages on our behalf.

No mobile information, including phone numbers collected through the SMS opt-in process, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share data with service providers that are necessary to operate the platform:

• Twilio: SMS delivery.
• Clerk: Authentication and user management.
